If you ever tried anchovy paste it is WAY TOO salty and has a kick, the
boiled down juice (Not grape punch, that is not good) makes a thicker
syrupy like paste that when mixed with the Anchovy Paste cuts each
other down quite nicely, you can vary the other spices but do it slowly
and try a little at a time outside your main batch to see if you like it.
Curry, Celery spice, Cinnamon, Dried orange peal all can be made to
work but don't drop it all in , and don't be afraid to experiment a little.
