Dear all,
It is with great sadness that I feel I must announce that I will not be able to attend the conference after all. Unfortunately it is a simple case of not having enough money and still having bills to pay. I will look forward to reading summaries of the papers I will miss hearing and I will hope to meet you all at some later date. In the mean time I would like to thank Jasper and Jona and others who have been working hard to make the conference a success for eveyone.

Commiserations, Crispvs.
The sad part is that it would be cheaper for me to go to the RAT conference than to the Castra Romana event, airfare there and back and trains and hotel would be cheaper than the gas and travel to stay on this side of the pond! I was previously committed to the CAstra Romana event, and I also hope that there will be a CD or something of the papers presented, maybe for sale through RAT?
