Search Function Question

Please pardon my simple question but is there a "trick" to using the search function?

Searches for very simple and very specific things end up with dozens of threads and literally hundreds of posts that do not even contain the searched for words.

I believe there must be much more elegant search capability but I simply cannot seem to find or master it.

Your guidance would be very much appreciated.

Hi Tom,
The search is not very elegant, no. Two 'tricks':
- Select "Search for all terms"
- Select "Display results as Posts"
