Congratulations Shane. I hope that you enjoyed your dram - I trust that you have been granted absolution by Father Ted.
PS. It's a relief to see from your signature that we have such a highly qualified and charismatic emperor.

History proves that you write the English off at your peril. As they found out in France.

P.S Wales for the grand slam :?
"The Kaiser knows the Munsters,
by the Shamrock on their caps,
And the famous Bengal Tiger, ever ready for a scrap,
And all his big battalions, Prussian Guards and grenadiers,
Fear to face the flashing bayonets of the Munster Fusiliers."

Safely back from mountainous Scotland (something of a relief since on last year's trip I fell and broke my nose!!).
Well done England - bit of a surprise there. Should be a good match between Ireland and Wales coming up, but Wales for the Grand Slam!

Don't wish to predict Eng V Sco. Technically England should win but that means nowt
Wales should beat Ireland. France to beat Italy.

Goodness, weren't England awful?!! All next week's matches could be exciting and are genuinely open I think.

I might just have to start eating Leek pie again. That should throw the Welsh of their game.
