I just bought a follis of licinius at a local coin shop. It cost me $25. I need help with the mint marks though. What does the mint markt, SMHT stand for?

OK, nevermind about the mint marks, I know it was minted in Heraclia. But if anyone knows anything else about this coin, try saying.
