Excuse my ignorance but are there any Byzantine re-enactment groups based in the UK?
If so, what periods do they cover?

But then I'm in it so I would say that :lol:
We have a few shows on the books at the moment to include Rufford Rark, Notts in May, Morley Leeds in April, possibly the Sheffield fayre in August and just in Conisbrough castle, Doncaster.
We were hoping to have presence at Kelmarsh festival of History but that will have to wait until 2009 :evil: However Timothy will be at Kelmarsh with Conquest, poping into Byzantine persona at every opportunity, like the multi talented Mr Ben he is.
