I survived!! But I wanted to hug the radiator when I got home last night. Camping is so cold, brr.
Had a great time despite the girls not being all that well. Spent too much money, ache all over and my no-drinking thing went to pot  Got a bit merry on someones homemade damson vodka on Sunday night. I've learnt alcohol + pitch black = hard to find the portaloos.
Got some photos on my phone, will sort them out and post up later on.

Grr, my pictures came out bad but here's a few (if anyone is in them and wants them removed just send a PM):-
Non-Roman -
American Civil War
A few of my Medieval group
There's also a few here -
http://livinghistory.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13690 but I think you have to be a member of the boards to view them. One of Comitatus. Good pics with an actual camera!

Roman pics
Comitatus:-
Their live targets courtesy of the American Civil War Society:-
My oldest joining Comitatus for all of 60 seconds before leaving the field in tears (she's a sensitive soul and was all a bit scary for her which is a shame cos she battered them last year):-

Awww! Cute!
We were debating whether to go to Rockingham, but it was my cousin's wedding on Saturday and we were feeling a little delicate over the next couple of days. So we ended up going to the Lunt instead (Coventry) to see some Romans and Britons beating seven bells out of each other
as it was more local to us. It was a great day out though, and the weather was fantastic.

Both the weather and the friendly atmosphere were great at Rockingham, and it was nice to meet you Kat.
We'll post up a few photos on the Comitatus events page.

And you. We never could get back for a closer look at your bits, spent most of the afternoons arming and de-arming sweaty knights :? D
