I am Cry I lost a stone but struggling now cos junk food tastes too bloody good :evil: I need a diet buddy but my friends are either slim or "fat and happy"!

Join a gym, go to Rome and march about in armour for a day....the stone will soon dissappear.... 8)

But yes, I seem to require more and more excercise to keep the weight down. The diet in Rome was great....great steaks with a variety of fresh vegetables....minimum of stogey stuff........would be fit as a fiddle on that diet!

But like you say, we seem to be secumbing to the fast food diet here.... :roll:

I know it's a nightmare. They've just revamped our Co-Op last week and every aisle is either chocolate/sweets, crisps, cake and biscuits. I'm going to have to sprint in blindfolded, grab required non-food items and run out again :roll:

I found Fat Bastard in Austin Powers rather poignant when he said "I eat because I'm unhappy and I'm unhappy because I eat". I think I might start up the Tubby Reenactors Support Group Big Grin
