I have myself Caesar-The civil wars and diadochoi (never played this one). An excelent game, even if take lot's of time to play (but less than a campaign of rome total war) and space of course.

yes i have also Caesar and in fact all the series games
Anyway i played Alexander and Cataphract.
you are right always same problem : time and space.

I heard there was a programm to play those games by the internet (you still need to have the rules and scenario book). Do you know if it is true?

I discovered the site. It's an engine, that allowed you to play several games (GBoA and SPQR), but you still need the rules and charts. Unfortunely they haven't yet made the module for GBoC-the civil wars Cry
