HI Julia. I do hope that all is going well for your husband, and indeed yourself for I do understand very well. I was myself diagnosed with cancer on Christmas Eve of 2007, however not having health insurance myself here in GB it's not as bad as USA. The national health service we have here took care of it all for me, mine was a superficial cancer of the bladder but it's a bit of a weired thing to look at the inside of yourself on a monitor. I had an operation to remove it in January of this year and I've had two three month checks since and all is going well. They have put me on a Six month test now so will go back in FEB of 2009, all going well I may go onto yearly tests after that. There are two good things that have come out of it of course, I have after 60years of smoking 40 a day stopped, and I also stopped drinking as of December last year just had one glass of wine with Xmas dinner and one at New Years Eve. The Doc'. said that I would maybe go onto yearly checks for the next Ten years, I should live so long hell I'm pushing 75 now. Anyway all the very Best regards to you both.

My husband Dino is going through another bout with cancer-it is on the other side of his neck, and has spread to his lung and liver according to a recent PET scan.

We've been going weekly to the live classes as well as tuning in over the Internet, and just last week a farmer, 77 years old with pancreatic cancer who had been coming to Tong Ren classes with his wife for several months received a clean bill of health this week from his physician;according to his CAT scan, the tumor had disappeared.
