This past Sunday I got to do a 3 hour seminar at the new Xtreme Couture Gym in Toronto, with the former UFC Light-heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell.
Yeah, it was damn cool. He first taught some of his unorthodox strikes, including a couple wierd hooks and uppercuts. Then went on to take down's and some take-down defences. All in all it was a great seminar, and meeting an icon like him was a real honor and privelage.
Oh, and I got him to autograph his book for me.
