In a word nice 8)
"The Kaiser knows the Munsters,
by the Shamrock on their caps,
And the famous Bengal Tiger, ever ready for a scrap,
And all his big battalions, Prussian Guards and grenadiers,
Fear to face the flashing bayonets of the Munster Fusiliers."

Very impressive line of shields. The archers are also a nice touch. I hope to one day attend a large gathering like that. Thanks for posting the pics.

Thanks to your for your impression! Big Grin

yeah, hear the arrows and fire-arrows passing to a centimeter from the shield is a unique sensation.
It gived to me a glimpse of how could it be 2000 years ago.

Hola Josè!
Muchas gracias!
I have seen your reconstruction of iberian warriors! Very cool! Compliments!
I will be so nice to make one day the battle of 215 B.c. of Amphsicora and the punic mercenary army againts Romans! Who knows...maybe one day we will do it! With authentic spanish soldiers and celtics brothers from North Italy!
Sardinia and Spanish have a long past of relations from bronze age, since to history times. I'm very glad that you loved our beautifull island.
Many, many thanks Josè.

Saludos!

Ciao Alessandro!

Thank you very much for the compliments!!
Of course, the iIberian warriors will be there always you want... I will be so happy to go with my Iberians to Sardinia! I hope it!
Furthermore, I knew the most beautiful archaeologist woman in the world there, at the 2006 Carbonari archaeological campaign, in Sulcis. WOW! I still remember her... and I've got to get that woman!

Best Regards, friend!

We've got a Carthaginian high officer from the Silician Wars, take a look...

and we're trying to make an event in Emporion, with a new carthaginian team which is born from Athenea Promakhos, LEGIO VIIII and Ibercalafell members!

See you soon!!

Very cool.

It's in my dreams reenact one day the battle against Torquato and Amsikora's-Asdrubale "il calvo" with cartaginian oplites, balearic slingers, iberian heavy troops and so on.
But actually i'm very busy with nuragic reconstruction and my idea to try something with the cartaginians oplite is actually very slooow.
