Does anyone know where Theodosius was in 378, when he heard that Gratian had chosen him as emperor? In other words, from where was he summoned to Sirmium?

"Ceuta, near Valladolid, in Spain..." is where he retired for three years before being summoned by Gratian, according to Stephen Williams and Gerard Friell (pg.22 of "Theodosius, The Empire at Bay".) His family estates were there.
