Does somebody know any literature about the Greek perception of Carthaginians and Iberians?

Hmmm, I recall one of the sources mentioning Catos' opinion of them(the Carthaginians, anyway) Can't remember if it was Polybius
(or the Greek chap) that was in a certain Roman's entourage.....
