Source for the "Personal Names in the Roman World" book

I am in the US and have had a terrible time trying to get this book. I have had it on backorder from Borders for over a year now and the Duckworth Publishers websites says it was available Febuary 2010 but when you add it to the cart the availability changes to December 2010. Has anyone had any luck locating this book?

The booksellers (e.g. Book Depository) say Feb 2011!
