I walked through the park the other day and was surprised to see the construction still ongoing....I could have sworn someone had posted on here
before about it being reopened.... :? ?

The opening was a special day. We led off the Jane Tomlinson York 10 km run first thing in the morning, with 6,000 runners and cameras everywhere. Then we made camp in the museum and gardens. Over 2,500 visited the museum and there was a Yorkshire holiday atmosphere about the whole thing. Several new exhibits are on display, but the whole museum is lighter and brighter. Interestingly the catalogues of the 2006 Constantine exhibition are now only £10.
