Another my replica of roman folder knife - Bronze lost wax
#1
Hi guys,
this is another my replica of Roman folding knife, bronze lost wax.
I am based on some finding: Ruxox, British Museum, and more.
The handle depicts an hunting scene, a dog hunting hare, of course, always lost wax bronze, as always, my works.
The blade is forged with steel and antique iron (very similar to the iron used by the Romans) and you can see the characteristic pattern of this metal.

I hope you understand because my english not allow me to explain many things

another great knife. Well done. And I have to say I like your phototutorials/movies. They are very helpful and I now even get more interest in ordering some wax and give it a try.
