I had 3 combat MOS's and couldn't use any of them with my back profile so the Army slapped a clerk-typist MOS on me and sent me to Knox. You can imagine the joy of the outfit that got me when they learned that I'd never been to clerk school and couldn't type. I was actually relieved when my orders for Vietnam came through.

You know,it is not such a stretch for me to believe you were relieved when the orders came through,being stuck in some REMF job that,you don't want and,don't know how to do,is it's own special brand of hell.
