It'll need some adjustment to fit you, but should be a good start. Takes a little tweaking to get the lining and straps to work properly, too.<br>

Are you planning on making your manica from leather or metal. Is it to be used in conjuction with lorica?<br>

I have made seven different manica over the last couple of years and can let you know about the pitfalls etc that I have come across if you let me know the above details?<br>
