Brescia Relief of Marathon Painting?
#1
Does anyone out there on the forum have any images of the Brescia Relief?

As background, the Brescia Relief purports, according to an untested source, to be a marble representation of the 5th C. BC painting of the Battle of Marathon. I have a really grainy image from Vanderpool's Hesperia article in 1966. I'd like images of the whole thing--I'm pretty sure everyone on this list would...

If they aren't available, is there anyone near Brescia with a digital camera?

Hello Kineas,

The sarcophagus that you are looking for is preserved in the "Museo di Santa Giulia", Brescia:
