No I'm pretty sure the Prezework Culture and Chernajacov Culture were East Germanic, according to Heather the former prior to the 2nd century AD and the latter appears in the late 2nd and early third. Both of those cultures are also heavily tied to the amber route.
Material culture and ethnicity are two different things. Prezworsk culture could be mistaken for celtic because of la tene objects, but it is either germanic or was maybe celtic in its early stages and germanized when early germanic movement from the north began.
Wielbark culture is marked in red. I can guarantee that it is East Germanic.
"It replaced the Oksywie culture, in the area of modern-day Eastern Pomerania around the lower Vistula river, which was related to the Przeworsk culture."
So you are right about the Przeworsk culture being East Germanic but Wielbark is as well.
"The strong did what they could, the weak suffered what they must."
