In the bottom left pannel I've seen a "head"... Do you think it could be a helmet with mask?

I think its generally believed that it is indeed a helmet with face mask as worn by Late Roman Clibanarii cavalry. Its associated with the muscle cuirasse and tubular arm/leg armour which are described by Ammianus.
