Does someone have experience with Erik and Ira Konig from treverica.de? Seven weeks ago I have sent him an email, but he didn`t answer. Because of this bad customer service I am a bit careful and therefore curious about the experience of others with him.

Don't panic,
If he works the same as Holger from HR Replicate....you will hear nothing for months...then, bang, your orders ready. I know you have not placed an order, but don't despair....im sure they are on the case.
