It is 99% there: every so often there is a graphic with TEXT DELETED FULL VERSION AT OXBOWBOOKS hiding some. But still worth downloading, particularly as I don't think Oxbowbooks offers an electronic version. Since I own the book I can fill in the blanks.

correct, the graphic is not a problem, it doesn't hide anything of considerable
