You are indeed lucky. He made that helmet for me a few years back. I would imagine, that plates would be backed with resin to make them fit tightly, as well as giving any repouse resilience to crushing.

I think scabbard will be ready in 30days from today but due to lack of resources I had to resign from leather so it will be simple wooden scabbard with this symbol at the button, probably impregnated with bee wax.
