It's green on both pc's at work as well as at home, so it's not hardware-related.
It's also green on my Phone.

It seems to have gone green on my PC which is Windows 7 and Window Explorer but my Ipad is still red and my laptop which is running Windows 10 with Chrome is also still red. Strange.
