It so happens that Asellina also likes quilting. She has a sheet of plastic with patterns lined out with little holes small enough for chalk to pass through and lay the pattern on fabric. The company can do this for anything up to 17" x 40". So I think you could get three caligae patterns of three sizes on one sheet. In mass orders the cost is reasonable.
There are plenty of patterns to choose from but:
1) which is most popular? If you could get one for your group, which would it be?
2) what are the three most common male foot sizes? I was thinking 9 10 11, but maybe that's my big feet talking. 8-9-10?
