I've had a look in Pugio-Gladius Brevis Est Saliola/Casprini but am struggling to locate the exact find it is based upon.

Katalog der Militaria aus Vindonissa Militärische Funde" it may be in there somewhere...
Edit: The complete Vindonissa scabbard plate is in "Roman Military Equipment" Bishop & Coulston see No7 page 77 (first edition) a reasonable repro in detail though the original looks somewhat narrower too my eye.
