Just a note to say hello.
My name is Chuck Russell and my wife has informed me I have offically
become a time slut. I currently work with Lord Grey's Retinue and the
Marietta, MD Battle of Hastings.
I have now crossed over into the roman history. My current project is
1st cent AD Auxillia during the battle with the Iceni revolt. I have
several books on order, i have a copy of Dan Peterson's Roman LEgions
and have followed MAtt Amt's website.
Hope to learn as much as I can.

well i started Viking, then went as a hired dane in Williams battle of hastings, then went 1471 in Lord Grey's Retinue, then started dabbling in 1350s and now 1st cent ehehhe. all within about 2-3 years
