If so for me it would be like $950 or $1000 & something else?... not sure if included passport & tax:? .... What else or how much I need to pay when I get there at the event?

I'm thinking in terms of travel costs, Gioi. Accommodation and food costs will have to be borne by the individual BUT I am trying to get people to provide accommodation free, for overseas participants, the School will allow camping overnight on the Saturday and I'm hopeful of finding other sources of cash which will enable me to help more people.
