Content Management System on RA.com

We're currently building (adapting) a content management system on Romanarmy.com which will allow many more people to contribute content to the site, without needing any knowledge of HTML.
It is possible for us to add all RAT members to the CM-system, so that all RAT-ers can automatically contribute to RA.com on logging into the site. Do you want that, or should it be an optional, separate registration?

I suggest making it opt in, otherwise they may not be entirely aware that they are contributing content, and may get the wrong impression.
