RAT visit Cologne
#1
In a short while an exhibition will open in Cologne with all the new stuff found on the Lower Rhine part of Germany. Among them the new tombstone (with fullsize pic) of a legionary and the ballista parts.
Meetup time!
Greets
Too early for me. March is impossible, April could perhaps be discussed...
I second that. March is already fully booked. In May the season starts, so late April could be a nice alternative?
Valete,
The 9th is fine for me to grab the ICE. Who else?
Greets
Jasper,
How long does the ICE need from Utrecht and do you know what the cost would be?
Valete,
It takes about 1.30 from Arnhem, so about 2hrs from Utrecht. The cost depends on if you have any reduction cards and how early you order it, around 50 euros. Perhaps if there are more takers, we might try carpooling?
Greets
I've just tried to find out from the NS as well as the ICE site.
Both say 2 hrs, indeed.
But I can find prices for two people booking together of 42.40 each, and for three the same. Can we beat that by carpooling?
I don't think so! That would be best methinks, we only have to meet up in Arnhem then!
April the 9th is probably too early for me...
Anyway, don't miss the feast because of me!
