Khairete,
the guy writing this '300' Blog, has a definite liking for the Ancient Hoplitikons Big Grin
http://300spartanwarriors.blogspot.com/
He says something rather interesting too.....that Melbourne has more residents of Greek extraction, next only to Athens. Melbourne has approximately 650,000 Australians who are of Greek descent, while Athens is over 750,000.

You see the Greek colonist spirit lives on!
There are 11.000.000 Greeks in Greece and rouphly two thirds of this number arround the world!
And Athens has roughly 4000000 people. He is suggesting that 750000 immigrands from Australia repatriated. Gosh!!
Kind regards

Lovely, ta Big Grin

Nice links Tarbicus.

From the left goose of Hera (mora not identified yet), flanked by the Hawk of Skiritis. They guy on the far right is possibly a Thespian (Paul is going to love this! ) from the family of Othryadae as we can presume from the double bladed axe on his shield.
The assailant form lower right is probably a Phoinician Marine.
Hope I added my 2 pennies on the matter.
Kind regards
Stefanos
