I'd like to see it in its entirety to get a closer look at the troops. The way the picture is cropped it focuses on Constantine.

The signature seems to be something like ?? Ferris, 1895.

Then the possible sources are Encyclopedias of that time and or 1930
I would suggest Britannica or Larouch.
