I am really interest in joining a Legion but haven't been able to find one nearby. I live in Berkshire UK and would be willing to travel a reasonable distance.<br>

Greetings Graathus and welcome to RAT. There are quite a few Roman army groups in the UK. One place to look them all up is:<br>

and look for the European groups. There is of course the Ermine Street Guard, the II Augusta, the XIV Gemina, the Antonine Guard, and more in the UK.<br>

Well, of course I would recommend [url=http://www.legiiavg.org.uk/" target="top]Legio Secunda Augusta[/url]. As the legion is based in the South of England, I think you would find the Second Augusta quite convenient.<br>

We will be at Rockbourne Roman Villa in the New Forest on the 30th and 31st of August. If you turn up then I am sure somebody will show you the ropes and you are likely to be invited to join us for filming on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September . <p></p><i></i>
