#1
Salve!

I just found my watercolour of a roman helmet which I made years ago.
What do you think? (the cheek piece is odd, but what the heck!)

Is there anyone else who has some kind of "fixation" with antique helmets?
I remember when I was about 6 years old I saw a film about Conquistadores and thought: "This is great, those guys looks so cool...."

I like them all! Big Grin

I love art, also inspired me, how bad I would like to be in an artist scool!

I usually not draw too much because I'm alone, but I remember in my country I try the attemp to be in the best scool of art, but never happened, too bussy.

Basicly my inspiration to do art ,mostly comefrom other artist!

Also they look accurate to me!

Very nice pictures! They have a professional look to them and are obviously well researched. Are you an illustrator by trade or a very gifted amateur?

Thanks guys, you embarrass me  .....

I am just an amateur and have been too impatient to learn for example oil or guache techniques. Does anyone know what painting technique for example Graham Turner uses in his Osprey plates?

Thanks again,

Hi again!

Can someone tell me which kind of techniques illustrators like McBride, Embleton`s, Sumner, Hook-family use? Is it always quache or are there any other ways, perhaps oil?

Regard`s
