You surely mean the shield wall in the bottom right of the wall paper. Did You see that even the somewhat small 'hoplon' is a re-use of Maximus' shield from the fight with the gladiator 'Tigris Gallicus' and his tigers? They did only add the 'lambda'-symbol for the lakedaimons:
