Hey all, I'm from Newcastle NSW, Australia and studying Medical Herbalism at the moment.

I can't quite remember how I became interested in Rome...it was even before I played Centurion: Defender of Rome on the Amiga 500. (Which was 14 years or so ago) I guess I've always liked their architecture, the invention or aquaducts and their ability to conquer so much of the known world.

As for why I'm here, I'm looking to get into re-enacting the Roman period (1st C AD is good) if there are any Aussie groups out there looking for new members. I came here in the hopes that I would find some people from Australia...and if not, perhaps some good conversation.
