Bishop & Coulston RME available!
#16
Just got off the phone with my "highly placed source." He said, once again, that the books were sitting in the UK office, but had as yet not been unpacked. Now my experience with UK booksellers is that they tend to take things at a leisurely pace, so who knows, maybe it will be a "fortnight" or so before they actually get in the mail.

But the books do exist, they are finished, and, as MB notes, the wait will soon be over.

I wonder how this publishing with the growth of the reenactor community and the internet, will differ from the previous editions? Sales going to be higher and the books move faster?

Well, I suppose RAT is a pretty good marketing tool for such books

Today I received this reply:

Quote:Hello.
We did receive the book last week. However, due to the outstanding orders we have recorded for it it will be a while before we can actually dispatch it. Please do place your order and mention the 10% discount and it will be applied when the book/s are to be dispatched.
Kind regards
Pauline Holdsworth.

I did pop in a few years a go to get some JRMES.

Its not quite what I expected as it feels more like a second hand bookshop, tucked away at the back of the building up a long flight of fire escape type steps. It felt quite subversive

I will be a good boy & wait for posting.

What we gonna do with version one then ?
