I hail from a part of the country where real men wear t-shirts in subzero conditions. The women wear less.

Owen is a much better role model than Rooney just a pity he can not score at the moment. Shearer from Newcastle was another gentleman and that is a part of the world where they wear even less at all times of the year, especially around Whitley Bay. In fact the Roman re-enactors up there stand out because they are wearing so much, the softies!

Owen still owns a house a few miles from mine but his is slightly larger :roll:

It's kinda like being from Idaho or New Jersey in the states. Who else would claim it except those that are really from there?

I was raised in Vegas, so whenever I hear someone say they are from Vegas I say..."Really? Where?" Chances are they are from Henderson, The Lakes or even Pahrump!! None of those are "Vegas". There ain't nobody claimin' Idaho. :wink:
