This is a rather interesting paragraph... I. Old English Letter of Alexander to Aristotle. [Late 10th century. Old English translation of the Latin Epistola Alexandri ad Aristotelem. This earliest English Alexander text is included in the same manuscript as Beowulf, Wonders of the East, Judith, and St. Christopher.]
Latin Epistola Alexandri ad Aristotelem. is the pseudo Callisthenes version..also known as Epistola Alexandri Macedonis ad Aristotelem
