Thoughts on this Balteus/Cingulum
#1
I saw this available in my size (40-42) from La Wrens nest and wondered if this one would be something a Legionnaire might have worn? Is this a good purchase from an authenticity standpoint? It seems to me to make my own would cost about as much after I order all the parts. I am not sure what to do.

From this pic I would suggest running away and running away quick!

That bad, huh? OK. Glad I asked. I am a noob and dont want to look like a doofus (unavoidable, but I can try right?)

I don't know if I would be that dramatic but it is listed in "things to avoid" on LegioXX's site. Please read Matt A's site as it will save you much
trouble(and money) with inaccuracies. While he cannot cover all things Roman
he does give good advice on stuff he knows are not up to standard.

There are far to many good suppliers than to buy this.
