It is a "culture center" where the "military miniature show" took place.
Probably this video will appear to scale modelers clubs around Europe as this was an international event.

Well,Gioi,this is a love song saying in some point that she imagines herself having sex with the man it talks about!In my opinion a bit inapropriate for a reenactment video Smile
I'd chose a soundtrack without lyrics at all,except you find something much relevant,that's a bit difficult...
