Thanks for the comments guys! Kallimachos, yes I finally got it,and I got it unexpectedly. My order remains in Manning imperial for the Corinth museum corinthian, but I'll be getting it in more than a year and a half.
By the way, what happened to Wolfgang? I've sent him a PM about a felt pilos but he hasn't read it yet.

Thank you very much. This thread is thursty for greek re-enactor images,so we're eagerly waiting for more peoples' impressions and more comments, good or bad. Always there is room for improvement. In my case, A LOT of improvement, although I'm satisfied so far.I've been very lucky. I know how difficult it is to wait for your new pieces to be made,or to find time/money to make them. I'm of the opinion however, and i've followed it as much as I could, that an item aught to wait, until you can find one that you're gona be glad with. I've waited for a helmet,I ordered one(my manning order is still valid) and it finally came from another source much quicker.

I agree, once you start with this, you see so many amazing things out there that you want to have your impression as quickly as you can, with the illusion to have the kit totally complete. But it is better to wait a bit, to see and compare, and to buy finally good quality items. This will take more time and more money, but the results Will be great.
Just now I'm waiting to sell my deepeeka cuirass, and I will spend that money in a linotorax (very much elegant than the cuirass).
But don't worry, pics will be posted when ready!

We had our first meeting this weekend with a befriended Roman group. Sadly only a few of us could make it. You will see some strange pics too, we call it Task Force Dionysos :-) )
