I've got Total Realism installed, and I have to say I wouldn't want to play the normal vanilla RTW - too arcade.
Also, if you've managed to get RTRealism installed and it's working fine, if you right click on the desktop icon, click 'properties', and in the field named 'Target' add the following text: -enable_editor
you activate the Battle Editor and can make your own battles 8) It took some getting used to, but once you have the hang of it it's pretty good. I have a Polybian legion according to Lendon, and have tried out Macchiavelli's spacing by hacking the unit formation text files.
