Damien,

I repeat my question from a week ago:
Can you tell us more about lodging - where do the participants stay? Do we have to bring tents, should we rent hotel rooms or can we stay in buildings?

It's a great idea Susanna, mostly if the music have origin to the late roman and byzantium partition. You, or your group play reenactement music?

Yes Valerius, You have two possibilities. You can sleep in your forum tent camp or stay the night in the cultural and sport center (gymnasium) of the town. The food is free all the week-end, breakfast include.

Hi Damien,

Can you confirm the last weekend of August? Would that be August 25-26? Could you enter the event into the RAT calendar as soon as the dates are set?

Will you have guessed it?

The initial project of the French Event which had to be made to Bavay is fall for lack of being enough credits...

I already see it who say themselves " oh what a surprise "

And indeed wait a little more for the continuation (suite)...

The project of French Late Event CANCELS? NOWAY!!!!

And he is even well advanced...

There will be indeed late Event in France, and he will be made as expected this year in 2007 but not to Bavay but to BAYEUX!!!!

You have naturally hear BAYEUX! City famous in the world about the well known tapestry...

Christophe Dargère president of the Association for the Alive History (APHV) has only moved the project to a city for the other, which is perfectly ready to receive Event because she is already for the fact of the medieval reenactement...

In other words, last year the subject was the Vikings; this year it will be the barbarian invasions and The late Antiquity

So what?

Everything:

A date: July 7th and 8th...

Modalities: supplied, sanitary Foods and showers but the sleeping in camp!

Possibility of seeing very beautiful present visible Expo on the Vikings...

You will say to me Bayeux which relationship with the Late Antiquity? There I invite you to consult your books of History, the country were particularly know events between the IVth and the end of the Vth century...

What to make now to participate in French Event?

That the groups and the associations contacted and formerly available for Bavay, confirm me now their participation for the dates of July 7th and 8th as quickly as possible to BAYEUX 2007

Christophe Dargère asks if possible for a reevaluation of the budget allowance as me he already communicates by considering that the food is supplied. Aim exactly for the strength of your association...

Here is Here we are, contact I by e-mail or special MP quikly...

Thank you very much!!!!
