Hello there,
Does anyone have a better picture of this fulham scabbard?
I'm planning on having a reconstruction made of this artifact, but unfortunately the picture is a bit unclear...

Salve,
Unfortunately this not the Fulham sword. I believe it is the one in the Leiden museum. The Fulham sword is the later style repousse scabbard with only two plates, instead of the usual four (possible because the chape and lower locket plates were lost over time).

So this scabbard would be of a Mainz gladius? Do you have a better picture of it per chance?

Yeah, Tom wrote '
this fulham scabbard' not '
the Fulham scabbard'- without its original blade beside it or a scale, it's hard to say if it was made for a mainzensis or a fulhamensis blade.
The second picture you posted Cesar is the one Tom has- sadly not quite in focus. The ESG one is nice though
