ABC\'s "LOST"

Basically it sucks.

I used to love this show and I'm just wondering if anyone else feels like a sucker too.

Yep, I share that feeling. I stopped watching halway series 2, having lost the gist of it? It's all becoming so unreral it's killing any suspense. Now I'm only wondering who the next actor to drop out will be.

Series 1 was great - the main question was 'where the hell are they'? Is this reality?
Now, that question is gone. Silly bunkers, silly 'strangers', silly folks running around with guns in woods. What happened to that invisible monster?

I love it, and always will. There's a theory on what's going on which was posted on an internet newsgroup, and it makes complete sense. If you wanna know PM me.

Never have watched the show, and never will.

I tend to stay away from TV series', except for a few which I will watch.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

I used to love x-files too. Somewhere around the 4th or 5th season I began to suspect I'd been suckered. What looked like tantalizing clues just turned out to be the writers desperately trying to get themselves out of the corners they painted themselves into.

Every twist in Lost now feels the same way, as if it was invented not to further the plot, but just to explain away the stuff they invented last time. In other words, how can you tell the difference between an inexplicably complicated plot and hack writing?
