If you're after OU programmes, I have bad news for you I'm afraid. They're no longer to be broadcast on the BBC - news report here.

WHAT!!!!????

2:00 a.m. in the morning - stressful day - need to switch off to it all - nothing was better than switching on the TV to some gem about fluvial erosion in a small valley in Wales :?

I'm telling you, that's the surest sign it's all going to crap.

Quote:But it is less the programmes' educational content and more the 1970s fashions and stilted delivery of presenters that many people will miss.
That's a scandalous thing to say. It's obvious the arsehole who made the decision at the BBC never watched it.

Yet another example of the ever increasing "dumbing down" of the general population. More public educational denial.
