Scabbard fittings Cavalry Kopis 5/4th BC
#1
I have a new reconstructed sword based on the examples from Corfu and Athens. But it is time to do the scabbard.

Any excavated examples of chapes and scabbard mouths with be appreciated please. Urgently!

Sorry, my mistake, I should have been more specific.

I mean actual scabbard fitings from the 5th and 4th century B.C.

Specifically the scabbard is for a reconstruction of the long cavaly kopis from Corfu, measurements from the Athens example.
